Has it got the same gearbox as the Vectra V6's? If so apparently thats why the V6 Vecs dont get decent times as the gear box is still spining up 3rd gear in low revs when it crosses the line whereas other cars are screaming across....

No the reason why they dont get good quarters is that they are heavy and underpowered!

That wasnt having a dig at Vectra's, they just arent suited to standing quarters.
Out of interest..........what engine is the V6 in that Corsa out of? Vectra/Calibra/Cav? And what sort of quarter will the V6 pull in its original shell?

that corsa engine is out of a early V6, like Cav Cally
would be giving about 180bhp but he says he could be loosing some because of that inlet box ontop his mate threw together.
Stu you should know what they are like you went in Bretts Nova?

Shit yeah!!! Forgot about that thing!!!!!
Has he still got that car? That thing was awesome! I reckon standing quarter I would have beaten it and Brett agreed, but after 100mph that thing just pulled and pulled! Memories memories!!!
Hows yours getting on beardy?
