seen these......are they any good for a budget/cheap set of speakers? or would they be terrible.

The current 6x9s i have in the back shelf attually seen quieter than the std front speakers!?

yes on a tight budget, current 6x9s are splx 180w i think.

cheers for that ill look it up, any of the 2 links any good though? cant really afford to restore a mini, race prepare and bike and all so the corsa aint getting much!

both of them are wank. MY mate, houckham off here, has some of the JBL £35 quid jobies and from what Ive heard there really good for the money. Everyone will advise you not to buy 6x9s but at the end of the day if you buy a decent brand your going to be getting a decent sound out of them. Try your local motor world!!

please... as an old skool member of CS ICE area... dont get 6x9's they are wank in general... save yourself some dosh and get components up front and a 12" sub in the rear... will sound mucho better

im only intending on using amp and speakers so thats it, im not looking for a brill sound system just to play some music so they will do me, but ill look at the speakers mentioned.
