Big thanks to lee mitchell engine is awesome, kept it below 4000rpm, but felt so nice, getting cams set up next week and then the fun begins

lee, nice work on the engine and thanks for the info on the looms, very useful. got me thinking of ideas

such a long drive back but we made it, sounds well nice shame he got done by my 1.4 8v tho

Looks a lot better than when I first saw that engine

picked it up about half nine think i just missed u, yeah the exhaust is great just need to get a new bracket made 4 it today and it should be fine. makes some nice poping noices but we think thats the cams looks a bit different now is a bit of an understatement looks better when its not in bits with half it missing

car broke down already aa says the engine has siezed (didnt seem to know what he was doing) seemed ok this morning, then the council gave me a paking ticket on as we where waiting for the tow truck cars going back to lees tomorrow to see what can be done

fuc king council, to give a ticket to a broken down car, even had a note to say its waiting for the tow truck!

the AA arent the best bunch either tho, first guy (who towed the car to the spot where it got a ticket) was as useful as a nun at a swingers party. managed to get it on a flat bed truck tho so just hope things are ok with the engine as it was such a nice engine
