Im considering one of these, i know they are slow but i like the look + sound of them... anyone got any experience of these cars are they good?

there was a mahoosive FTO post a few weeks back, admitedly i was a bit of a b1tch on that post

might be worth a read though.

well i ant had experience with them myself, but have been told they are not that reliable, think the GTOs are more reliable.. nice car though!!!

I heard the exct opposite.. GTO is a Turbo

yes agreed, opposite, GTO is a lot more fragile.

hmmm not that nice imo, automatics are slow ive heard, some can be overpriced because there 'jap'

They are nice moto's get the 2.0 GPX mivec, there the nicest ones, trip-tonic gearbox and sound MINT . my mate has one with 50 shot of NOS

Bit scared of the tip-tronic gear box... they seem more complex than a manual gear stick etc.. surely must be more expensive to fix also...?

drivers choice got to be GPX manual, supposedly quite rare but i do see a few for sale.

I don't personally like the performance of them or the look of them, however, the holy fuck they sound awesome

There is one that lives near Kerrys work and it sounds fantastic, nice deep roar

the one i was in was a manual GPX mivec.... and he got it for €6000 about £4400 cheap if you as me...

Thats what i want a bit of flash and pose..

Not to bothered on performance - i could probably make it fast if i wanted to tune it.. but want a nice sounding car Miss my V6 vec but cant afford another as the MK2 GSI's are still quite expensive... plus its still a Vectra...
