dont think u need yours painting mate, its stunning how it is!

the job is not perfect bit of contaminat in the paint really! but then again i am painting in a shed and in 3-6degrees so not good really!

gonna finish putting car back together and give it good clean, also get to try me new polisher that will hopefully get it really shiny then!!!! fingers crossed its all a learning curve! good fun tho!

thanx for all the comments bout the car, really nice to hear!

also i think i liked the car in carabic blue, was classy colour that, the pepermint was more in your face and the red is just boring, only thing its missing now is the sri spoiler, scrapyard didnt have one tho!

its an sri by the way! also u guys not noticed that the arieal has been smoothed off now, i cut the areal wire by mistake so thought oh well smooth it off its ulgy and will get one of them sun visor aireals i think!

also door handles are smoothed into the doors! just few things that i could not undo really! hehe

nice one iaz, glad to see your first attempt at 2k was a good one! did u use the solid basecoat with hardner or basecoat then laquer? I find it very hard not to get a mint finish with solid colours because you have no real fear of runs etc!

and as for painting in weather like this its a load of fun isnt it had to spray up a new shape clio the other day and i was their from 9am-7pm preping, spraying and waiting for things to bloody dry lol.

All good fun i suppose, the mrs was happy with it all and she has an eye for defects!!!!
