Help....I've got a corsa 1.4 and just had a new powerflow 4 inch back box put on, The problem is when i change gear or lift off the gas it has a very loud popping sound. any ideas on how to fix this coz it is well annoying!!!

chavs crave for that sound

is it de-catted? centre section removed?

if so it will make that sound, ad the de-cat or middle box to reduce the popping sound!

Its not de-catted. i'll try the super unleaded idea.

have a look, if it's not there, try refitting it and see what it sounds like then!

exhaust isnt gas tight somewhere, i get this on mine, but i have got the centre section removed, and all the egr shite is gone too, i think this makes it fizz pop and bang when coming off full throttle

I was thinking that it wasn't lubed somewhere but decat and middle box may also play a part .

hope ya get it sorted.
