Basically the back window cleaner (forget the name of it) doesn't work, it makes the noise like the motor is moving but nothing comes out. I've checked it isn't obstructed (stuck a needle in it to remove anything) but no avail. Could it be the one way valve stopping it from sending fluid to the motor?

it'll be the pump at the front in the washer bottle... rip it out and replace  even if it makes the noise (mine did this )
