i want to get a part of a song on my fone as a ringtone...how do i cut it down and make the quality a little less so i can transfer it to my fone?

i also need to know this they got to be program out there that cuts down mp3 files edits them etc and its not nero at all

Get a bigger memory card

i have mp3's on my phone no prob and didnt have to cut them down just put them straight onto my phone memory card from my desktop
