Hi,
Im interested in colour coding parts of my dash, but i dont want to have to sand the peel effect off because im lazy
Is there any high build primer or similar which I can use to get rid of the peel effect without sandning it all off?

you're going to have to use a lot of fucking primer to get rid of the orange peel effect if you're not sanding.

Sanding th dash or plastic parts is not just to remove the texture... its to key the surface well enuf for the primer to grip the plastic surface. Plastic does not hold paint well, thats why its vital to do a really good job of the sanding before paint/primer is applied
