You run the mega hard drived 64 bit micro program with the 122 bit processor, then in turn take the 256 wrap mega hyper drive to the speed of light, that should do the trick.

thats a bit OTT.
Defrag wont make any difference unless your hard drive is 90+% full, otherwise you wont notice any different.
Try using microsoft anti spyware beta.
As for anti virus, well i couldnt possibly suggest looking through torrent sites.

yup i have a similar setup going - do it about once every 2weeks or so
as for antivirus/firewall, like barteh said paul go through the torrent sites and see what you come up with - although i use AVG Free and zonealarm, never have any problems

aye, it seems to be - i was using PC-cillin before hand, but it was a "hot" copy and after so many updates they would release a program update that rendered it useless, so i changed over to save having to uninstall and install a new copy every other week or so

Norton is shite. keep away from it.
you want panda software!
http://www.all-internet-security.com/top_10_antivirus_software.html
just type in "best antivirus review" in google, and see what it brings up

Agreed, even used norton at work, and found on the 20 or so PCs there, it wasnt the one to use.
Panda Software on 20+ PCs not had a single problem
