them electric shock workout things that you strap round muscles?
I tried one on Friday and had it on for 10 minutes on each arm. Put it on level 4 of 6 and it was making my whole arm spasm and curl upwards, was a bit strange
anyway, today (and yesterday) the muscles around the back of my upper arms are killing me! feels like i've been lifting shoot loads of waits
Anyone use these?

my cousin uses it. he bort a set from argos, and some gel stuff he rubs on too...
he does that alot, aswell as a bit of gym now and again, and he's fukin MASSIVE now.
so i'd say its worth wearing a strap on

there suppose to work ok mate It just uses electric pulses to get the muscles to contract-detract - so it basically mimics what you do when lifting weights etc.
although i cant say from personal experience on how well they work as it feels fecking funny and i couldnt stand it for more than a few secs
give it a go mate though Although your suppose to start it off on the lowest setting and build up over a number of weeks etc
