OK guys n gals..

basically i saw this movie about 3 years ago and i really want to know what its called...

it was a car movie based in the US, all to do with Street Racing/Drag Racing at night...

the Yanks are always winning until a couple of Jap cars come over and start whooping them... they then get the call out to their top madman (think his name was Red Baron) who come up with some nutty Street Rod with a HOOOGE chimney out of the bonnet, wearing Flying goggles and scarf


i really wanna know what this movie was called, as i want to buy it, cos i only saw a chunk of the film on TV on holiday in Crete....
