since tuesday


I may reccomend that cold turkey is not a desirable way to quit Last time i cut down untill i smoked nout. This time i went from smoking 20 a day to nothing. I do not liek withdrawel
Had nausea after the first day which carried on untill sunday morning Also had the shakes and suicidal tendancies


All gone now and i dont smoke Gunna really try and not to start again this time. Dont really feel the urge to smoke much

mate going cold on it all is the best way to do it, stick in there and keep yourself busy! Remember smoking does nothing good for you!

Good work james

Its ok to have the odd one or two but I find the the easiest way of stopping is to not buy them That way you csn only have one if your mates offer you one

yes thats the biggest thing is just for god sake dont buy em, cos u cant just chuck em away as they are expensive and that would be a waste
