I thought i posted about this already but done a search and cant find it

i have a corsaC SXi 1.2

The fuel gauge seems a little inaccurate.

Once it was down to about an 1/8th. The next morning started the car and it was in the red and fuel light flashing. As driving to work it moved back up to 1/8th but fuel light still flashing.

Normally when driving without any stopping in between how much petrol is left in the tank once the light flashes - 1 gallon???

needle will move around depending on how the car is driven
