if your middle Name is on the Electroll regiister or whatever you call ti they'll get it that way i had a letter offering me L13 CDF from locate-a-plate.com and my Initials are only on the electoroll register and the census thing cos i have to be different from my dad as i'm named after him

yea i was offered
MOH 17N but they were charging 3,750£.
dad was thinkin about it, but i decided not to in the end.
