i agree...it was your right of way and if he did not have a safe gap to come out infront of you, or he was not given permission from you to move out, he ii believe is in the wrong.

kool, wasnt me, was just checking for a friend, his car is currently sitting perched on a low wall, arse in the air and he waiting for the RAC.
