My mate has a Mk2 White Golf, mint condition on a K Reg, believe its the last they did on the MK2 so worth a little more. They do handle well, pull really well after 4500rpm.

Yours looks tidy, just keep your eye on the VW electrics, prone to playing havoc!

I'd be inclined to just leave your manual windows in, less hassle, no electrics to catch fire! When my mate had his VW Jetta before his Golf, the police were after us and then we noticed smoke and flames coming from the drivers side heater vent, lost the police and also lost the car to a smouldering wreck! An extinguisher might be a good idea as well!

its really clean, theres a few tiny tiny bits on but considerin it aint ever been sprayed then i cant complain for now... gunna get em done though

its got a 2.0 mk3 engine in, cammed and chipped, am gunna get the head ported and polished i think not sure yet, its pretty fast anyway and i dont want to spend too much on the engine,im gettin the wheels refurbed and polished and concentrating on the install mainly mate

Nice, Nah is a good engine block to start with, plus the Mk2 was fast standard so with the extra bhp of the mk3 engine i bet it flys.
As i had the Mk3 Gti and that did not hang around.
Mk1 is still the best though, love that car.
