when you buy a new car where do you send the V5 to say its changed owner? i cant see an address on the form and cant find information on the dvla website.

Yeh you need to send it off to the DVLA to have the info changed

You need the past owners sig on the V5 remember, unless its already done. If your V5 is one of those newer ones (the booklet) you only have to send off the first page.
