Might be one of the blokes that goes on Sundays he is always racing up an down in the car park on his own like a knob an has had a fair few near misses

Hi there, im John, i run Surrey Modified and have done for the last year and a bit so thought i would sign up to let you guys know the facts...
Guildford is a public car park where lots of car clubs meet, we have out monthly meet there, No Rice used to be held there and you lot obviously like it as well, it makes for a very nice venue…
I got my new car last night (the polo GTi) and came down to show it to a number of my friends that corsas that happened to have been at your exclusive meet, I parked up and got out the car, that was the same for the rest of my site!!!
There is no crime in going to a meet uninvited, other cars come to No Rice all the time and I respect their owners for respecting us but you can hardly compare 10 corsas to 100 odd VWs but that’s not the point
The point is that the “chavs” you refer to were not with us, they were in a public car park and doing what they want to do which happened to be ragging it around…
Now although I don’t approve of them doing this it’s a public car park and I cant stop them just because I run a local site that most of them don’t even know about!!!
What does bother me how everyone down there has to be a member of the local cruise site and therefore the whole site is a bunch of wankers, I personally find this offensive but if someone can tell me what I did wrong then I may change my view!!!
Someone please inform me which cars were messing around and had Surreymodified stickers as most of our members do as I don’t recall any, the MR2 and MG ZR are just local Guildford people but aren’t on the site although im sure they wouldn’t approve of you calling them “Chavs”. The only person who posts on our site that was driving like an idiot was the guy in the metro who is a knob for doing it, he doesn’t even have a licence but like I say it’s a public car park and we cant stop him, all I can do is apologise for his actions and have words…. Sound fair?
Being a regular poster on a Polo forum I know how it would feel if ppl did that to one of our meets and how pissed off I would be although it disappoints me how quickly you all seemed to just stereotype every person in that car park when you see a few stickers for my site…
Could someone please change the title of this thread as its very degrading of my site and forum and gives off totally the wrong impression…
People like James (SXIBOYO), PainZ, Chris Barnes, Dave with the Purple 1.0 all post on the site and have been to our meets a fair few times, why would they come if we are all a bunch of chavs???
Sorry for the long post just felt I had to get my personal feelings across…

i dont think steve meant this as a important personal slating...
anyone that knows him will know what hes like and im sure he didnt mean to offend everyone on the site.
Quite a few of you guys were just parked up the same as us and it wasnt a problem, steves just highlighting the fact that there were some prats there, some of which are on surreymodified and gave it a bad image that night.
I saw your polo myself, very nice.

Basically there were ppl driving like cocks all over the car park. I appreciate not all of them were from your site, i was informed they were i didnt pay them much attention as they didnt deserve it.

i do think steve just assumed averyone there was surry modified related. to be perfectly honest the muppet in the metro was the worst there. the two mk4 polos werent best behaved. the rest i think were just yokels and were just twats basically..
the bunch from surry modified parked opposite us were there enjoying themselves without having to rag round an empty carpark

I think arse tailing a drunk 15 year old who tried running me over is quite a mature reaction to be honest.. Could of been a PROPER CHAV and started some good old fashion road rage with a spare jack in the car...
Well reminded about the chavs though, Quick observation:
Steve, I registered some sort of greivance you have with chavs... However just witnessed some propaganda that you organise Max Power Live.. ? Was just wondering how much more contradicting you rate yourself... (roughly on a scale of 10 if you don't mind) as you single handly are responsible for the most CHAV event to concern planet earth with it's priciples of a troublesome mass of quad exhausts, universal bolt on accessories and burberry...
