Need to put on weight as im doing a programme at gym and im 2 small aparantly 
wats the best thing apart from eat all day long?
anyone tried these muscle builders u get from boots?
Aint looked at them yet so whats the best to use?!?

try taking protien suppliment, will get built quicker, and put on more weight. Creatine is also good.

I take protein and Im showing signs of building muscle quicker but havent put on a huge amount of weight. About 5 pounds in the last month.

hmmm depends really u shudnt be doing a program which needs u to put wait on ure program should be building u weight with a change in diet... u need to work up to it u can't just bulk up. best be is creatine or whey protein included into your diet, failing that ensure u include a good portion of tuna, chicken, eggs .etc anything involving protein into ure diet... i eat either a can of tuna a day or a chicken breast a day and that does it... if ure serious and can afford the cost use www.maximuscle.com u can't go wrong with them they offer real good advice and have diet's depending on ure goals .etc
