Never had any problems with anything i've bought off there.
I know people who only shop there too, so no worries really

Very cheap peices but delivery is not very reliable and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

never ordered anything from them...apart from some cds once. but thats abit it, so cant really comment as the cds worked fine and i got them within a few days
but i hear that there shite and i also hear that its good...soooo. tbh, getting the item(s) delivered isnt a problem nor are prices. But i think if you have a duff item then customer support is shite and returning it takes a matter of weeks/months

I had problems getting stuff delivered as the drivers couldn't work out how to use the entry phone system...
Also their customer support took 4 days to reply to my ticket asking for the parcel to be redirected to my work, by which time the courier had returned to sender
They do get stuff out quickly and cheaply, but if something goes wrong, don't expect to resolve it easily.

To be fair though this isn't down to Ebuyer....its down to the couriers that deliver the goods....which i believe are Initial Citylink......

I think theyre good. Reasonable prices and good reviews on every product.
Goods always Delivered when they say and you are given a parcel tracking number which is handy.

Never had a problem, even when returning stuff.
By their own admission, they're a bit busy from Christmas still and all the eNotes have a 4 to 7 day reply time.

christmas was a month ago, that a poor excuse now. Their customer service is shocking. Lets face it its not like they get phone calls putting them off sending stuff bcoz u cant even phone them!
