I want to keep my Eibach springs in the rear of my car, but i want the front a bit lower so i'm thinking of getting apex springs, or maybe FK, is it a bad idea handling wise to have 2 different makes of springs in the same car?

It's a bad idea handling wise to fit substandard springs, but different makes won't be a problem.

Why mix Eibach springs (possibly the best you can buy off the shelf) with crap springs like Apex.
Even springs like FK and Vogtland are no real match for Eibachs.

As long as you're replacing left/right at the same time, different front/rear is fine.

Go for some coilovers - there's an FK group buy going on at the moment which would save you about £200 on FK's rrp.

Other than that, I wouldn't mess with big drops on the Coupe with springs alone.

Yeh i was thinking of coilovers. I don't need to get involved in the group buy anyway as i get FK at trade. I'll look into it
