A mk4 astra gsi turbo 
How much these go for? Me and my dad need to sell the merc as its poop its worth about 8-9k
How much can you pick one up for? Would be a nice 2nd car

Just need something new, sexy and faster than slow 
Plus its a Z20LET so when i have finsihed with corsa i shall probably start on that one 
Any ideas what difference the GSI has to coupe turbo in perfromance and specs etc

You might find one for 10-ish. Make sure you like the seats though, my mum has one and I prefer the seats in mine. GSi ones are very huggy, almost too much. Does only have 7000 miles on though, they're hardly sat in.

On the road not a lot. GSi is marginally quicker but you would never know unless you put them side by side.
All GSi have half leather, full is option. Coupe gets all or nothing.
Other than that they're fairly similar. Both have trip computer, TC (switchable on GSi) CD changer, 17s, big brakes etc.

Coupe is nice looking IMO as i dont like the arse end in the GSI but have a look at this one its 1litreporschebeater off here

was so close to getting one at one point. as mentioned, you can get them for about 10-12k.
they are nice cars though
