that does not look like it set on fire but that the compressed gas(i.e NOS) exploxed in the bottle maybe due to a fault in the bottle. as i can see no flame damage

Nitrous Oxcide is not flamable in liquid form in the bottle,
however in its gas form its highly flamable.

Quite old pics, I remember it a a while back. From what I recall there was a heater on the bottle which was left on a little too long. Heat causes the volume to change which would either cause the bottle to explode outwardly or implode, either way there would be ignition due to friction but the burn is very quick so not much fire damage.
