.... noticed this alot over the last week or so....
I get a lot less disapproving looks/glares from ped’s when I’m driving the Stillo. I drive the same way to work everytime, and am conscious of my speed past a school on my route. (if lights are green, about 20mph)
No matter what speed I take it in the skyline I get glares from protective ma’s etc
No matter what speed I take it in the stillo I get ignored…..
The skyline isn’t exactly noisy either, just burbly…. So cant imagine what its like for you neds with no silencers etc
People are a lot nicer to you too…. Nobody lets you out in the skyline (exaggeration for effect) whereas you get let out in the Stillo…. They must think you’re a bird, or old codger
Whats that all about

I find this too!
But im sure no one is jealous of my astra shed, they just dont like it so I get stared at, or no "thank you" when I let people through etc.
In the fester its a whole different attitude all together no matter how I drive it!!

Yes but the fact everyone moves out my way on dual carriageways/motorways etc, makes up for the pain of urban driving

Same thing when I drive the Meriva to when I drive the corsa... must be cos its a clever family car and people think I'm less likely to injure their kids
