As Ash said, should have been done when they fitted the tyres, check your reciept. Take it back to the place and get them to re-do it.

don't suppose you only got 2 tyres and then swapped the wheels from back to the front or whatever ...
one of your wheels might of been buckled - if it was on the rear and you moved it to the front you'd now be able to feel the buckle.
