just on my 2nd can of 'KICK' which is tescos version of red bull. its cheaper than TB only costing 50p and its got so much shit in it:
check these recommended dayly allowance figures:
Riboflavin(b2) 88%
Niacin 111%
Vitamin B4 250%
Vitamin B12 500%
Pantothenic acid 83%
now i dont understand what they are but im fucked if iv had 2 cans meaning i have had:
Riboflavin(b2) - 176% of my RDA
Niacin - 222% of my RDA
Vitamin B4 - 500% of my RDA
Vitamin B12 - 1000%!!!!! of my RDA
Pantothenic acid - 166% of my RDA
as i say iv only had 2 cans but iv been known to have 5 or 6 cans one after another
thought i would share this with you all

i got to the point where i needed a red bull or any other energy drink in a morning. its so adictive
i soon quit this tho

i used to drink a litre bottle of the stuff each nite after work, i used to have an hours drive there and an hours drive bac.. so i was working 11 hours and going out at nite aswell so i needed something to keep me awake

I've taken 16 pro plus in the space of 3 hours once washed down with red bull  had been awake for pushing 36 hours still fell asleep a few hours later but it does do funny things to your heartbeat
