jogging,
use bottle of pop for small weights to do bicep curls etc, not going to be arnie with that but helps tone.
Press up, Sit ups
Squats.

ive lost a suprising amount of weight from eating better foods, not drinking or smoking anymore.

i went a month a whiel ago still eating loads (crisps chocolate etc) but all i drank was water, lost loads fo weight

Yes but as good as a diet is, its not going to improve cardio vasluar fitness, need to do both.

I lost 3.5 stone in the last six months mainly becuase of hosptial and now have toned up since.
