thinking about a Corsa C to replace my boat of an astra was wondering if anyone has one of the above mentioned cars or has been in one and can voice an opinion on them

one is 75 bhp, other is 100 bhp.
the later one is obviously better, uses common rail injection, also is the same engine as in the new honda civic diesel.

I've got one. 1.7 Dti
0 - 30 MPH pickup very good.
60-80 MPH Very slow.
But sometimes i dont realise im doing 110.
120 Max is a bit shit

1.7 cdti 100bhp is an awesome diesel car, had one as a hire car & it shifts could easily pish over most cars & the pull from the turbo at 2000rpm is unbelievable plus if you superchip it it'll give you around a +25bhp increase & around an extra +30 pounds of torque

120 max shouldn't even matter as you have no need (or legal right) to go that fast, it's not a racing car.

well I'm not the brightest person alive but it seems to me that he is saying that the top speed of 120mph is irrelavent due to the 70mph max speed limit of the UK

got no idea but im not much of a motorway man anyway so top speed doesnt really matter just wanted to hear some peoples views on corsa C's pref the lower spec'd model as the newer one is to expensive for the likes of me
