ANyone know any?

just wondering what I might be expecting when I hopefully take the car for its first 1/4 mile run in a week...

my 1.4 sport was near standard and ran a 16.9 quarter

Ak's did something like a 16.3 heavily modded though

1.6's should look to beat those times

lookin at stripping the rear seats out & have no spare wheel...

rekon i 'might' get into high 15's??

doubt it tbh as never done this before so will probs get an 18 or something

16.1 at best, doubtful you will get into 15's

mine got a 16.4 best(mantzel box, filter, de cat etc)at santa pod. ollies ran a 16.1 i think. that was standard with redline magazine. all the light tuned gsi's sports never seem to get in the 15's so i very much doubt u will. unless your going crail

Mark brosters 138bhp corsa did a 16.4 if i remember correctly, ya need allot more power than ya think to get in the 15's

id say 17's or high 16's mate! santa pod times are proper! mine and lee's are running similar power hes at 135 i think...... im aiming to get the same time as ojc did in his standard gsi!

york is a 'faster' strip than crail....
the pod also seems to be a faster strip than crail the last few years.....

Crail used to have crappy timing gear..... they bought new stuff about 3yrs ago..

My 1.4 ran 16.2

I havent had a go in my 2 litre since the old XE which went poop 15.5 i think, would like to try it again.

it's does 60 in 6.1 according to evo and my dads coupe is pish for a 3.0

spose it's a big motorway muncher tho
