cos tonight (and a few times over the past 2-3 months) i have cooked for my family...

salmon fish cakes (HAND MADE)
with peas and mash

turned out really nice

im quite getting into the whole cooking thing

i do a lot of curries and stir frys etc but just started making honey and mustard chicken with home madesauce, served with salad. Tasty and healthy

All im good for is pot noodles,super noodles,ready meals,boiled eggs and things on toast, hopefully i'll soon be moving on to frozen pizzas
