to get a flat. I had a huge barny with my mum n brother last night ended up with me throwing hot pasta n sauce over my bro when he pushed into me and made me burn my hand. I think a time comes when you need your own space

I have it too easy at home. but my dad bought an old terraced house for my sis about a year ago and its about tripled in value, so hes sold it and put money away for my deposit, so its there if i want it

I have my own space as my bedroom is in the loft conversion, i have fridge, big tv and home cinema system and the net. only need to leave when i go to work

Funnily enough i've just been looking, along the same lines as wanting a p1 I've got a dream abotu where I want it parked

I need to get a big payrise and a mate with a secure job first tho. although where I wana rent I can get for £500 pcm which aint too bad.

Can someone tell me what i'll need to pay out on top of that per month for water, electricity etc?

I was looking at a renovation, ex HMP officer and guard houses Im really just waning to do it up and sell it, I think

Then move back in with parents again
