if you're after a new headunit this pretty much does it all.
FM/AM/LW radio
DAB Digital Radio for better sound quality and choice of stations

MP3 CDS, (you can seperate albums into folders on your CDs.)

MMC is a nice addition to this headunit
chop and change the songs on it day to day, while leaving the rest of your CDRs to store your mp3 albums.
i dont know which other, (if any), headunits take MMC,
blaupunkt reckon you can take the MMC out of your Siemens SL45 mobile phone (and some others) and stick it in this headunit. very nice.

ah cheers, I wasnt sure how much to put it up for
the DAB aerial with FM splitter makes it a good price, that beesting aerial and splitter was an extra £100 on the headunit
it means that as well as loads of new DAB stations, you can still get hardcore FM, when you want it

cant believe that price ?! ... wish my maplins had some, i'd buy and sell em !
i've posted here to take this to the top so it can then go away. I had wanted to sell it to get a 20GB ipod.
even at maplins price mine would be over £200. cos;
the glass mount aerial to buy is only £10
the roof mount aerial which does FM & DAB and has a splitter is £100
I guess you dont get the same performance from the glass mount one,
HOWEVER - that is a very good price ! and i'd buy that not mine !
i've decided for the money i'd get its not worth it to sell i may as well keep it

yeah i didn't mean it to be a git, was just pointing it out i know maplins were discontinuing them which is why they were cheap but they are really really nice h/u and yeah the maplins ariel is very bad!!!
