Right i was driving at a moderate speed in a 30 zone the copper said that i was doin 60 but no way is was more like 45-50ish. He never gave me a producer but gave me a breath test which passed (he wasn't too happy) anyway he said that he would post the paper work to me. but i did not recieved anything from him surley i should have had a piece of paper showing what i had done. Is he trying to scare me or will there be something in the post??????? But how can he prove he pulled me over if i didn't sign anything?????
where do i stand???
yes i know speeding is bad but it was half 2 in the morning and i just wanted to get home

he should have give u a producer, which he keeps a copy of. it he hasn't u could easily deny everything like djshongo said

was he on his own? do you know if he had any speeding equipment to record it etc?
unless he had it on video or anything mate then just say he was talking crap and it'll be his word against yours 
he should have given your a producer or a written warning etc etc but if he did have video equipment, then he might be getting the video checked and sending your out stuff.....
just wait and see mate, thats all you can do

he would of gave you a a speeding ticket or producer if anything was going to happen and you have to sign it.

you a total fool for driving 45-50 in a 30 
but as above he did not give you a copy so it is your word against his so deny the speeding offence, the check of you being pulled will be recorded but just say he let you go after you satisfactorily passed the breathalyser
