Taken a few photos on my mates car, what do you reckon on the photos? Looking for comments on the photos rather than the car itself. I've not taken photos like this before really so its a bit of an amateur attempt, hence why i'd like some advice.

Last pic is a good backdrop etc nice lighting. Not keen on other two, silly angles don't really do it for me (with photos )

Got your u2u james, just haven't had a chance to reply, i'll do it now.
Sunny, yeah that's gary's car.
It was Luxie's (Si's) old car, sold it to G4RY_JM, a lot of small details have been done to the interior, but not a lot outside yet.

like the 2nd and 3rd ones
u try 2nd one with no flash? flash spoils it imo
nice location
if 1st one was lil bit lower and had more cloud it would be ace
3rd would make a nice wallpaper

The front end doesn't photograph as well as it is not as involving as the rear end.
Icy, i thought that about the flash too, I did get one of the 1st one lower, but accidentally cut off some of the car.
Sunny, we saw you the other day and beeped at you when we were in it. Don't think you saw us though.

the third one may be better if you had placed the car in the bottom left instead of right, often photos like that will look better if theres open space infront of the car, the way its facing rather than behind it. Sort of gives the impression its moving into that space. Nice apart from the first 2 angles.

this first one has potential. angle could be a be less and if you were to be further back

this one again the angle is too great and like ICY says without flash and again maybe just a tad further back

3rd has only two things wrong. the car is at the wrong side. the space should be infront of the car so that it has something to drive into and IMHO the light in the photo is wrong. back end light front dark

Nice attempts, better than most of the crap we seem to see on this site
what camera you use, tripod, settings etc
IMO the background is what makes a car photo. get this right and your almost there. ICY gets cracking locations I on the other hand got lucky with mine

top one, is ok
middle, no need for it at all, doesnt serve any purpose, and looks amature.
bottom one, the cars isnt centered and so looks odd.
bare in mind i am no photographer, and this is only the thoughts that popped in my head.
