Was really looking forward to getting my Astra back last night... its been at vauxhall (with a tech who is a friend) getting cambelt, tensioner, water pump, and a coolant hose replaced.

BUT NOoooOoooooOoo, nothing ever goes smoothly with my fcukin cars!

All the bolts for the bottom pulley had been rounded off at some point, and also all the water pump bolts were fcuked too!

So a few hours work turns into a hell of a LOT more!
Fcukin good job he is a mate of mine or this could be costing alot of ££

I suppose it could be worse though, I could of attempted the work myself and got really stuck!

Hope she comes back safe and sound tonight... havent driven it for about 4 days and its gonna seem nice and quick again
