Halfords will. All it is is black silicone sealent though. May be sold under a different name, as Tigerseal is a trademark.

i pinched a load of the trough guys on site , i stuck my arches on with it and got it all over my hands and arms , and i aint joking it took about two weeks to come fully off , tried allsorts
