Basically my girlfriend has managed to drive her Saxo into someones black Corsa Exclusiv rear bumper. Its just scratched but no other damage, bumper isnt wonky nothing is dinted or cracked but the scratches are too deep to T-cut. How much do you reckon roughly to get the bumper resprayed and laquered? just a rough price so we know what to expect. I was thinking between £100-150 but not sure and want to make sure we dont get ripped off cos its only a small job
Thanks

to spray one rear bumper you should be looking at no more than £80 - £100

i reckon more like £150ish as its prolly metalic black and the bumper would have to be fully stripped down and resprayed

I'll tell you next week, I'm having a new rear bumper sprayed but mine is'nt metallic and will probably be cheaper as Rachel is having her car done at the same time, so I will just shut up.

i'd suggest taking it off and giving it to the paint shop as a signle object, this will cost a lot less as the labour is removed to some extent, also means they can simply hang it in the booth and spray.. I'd reckon between £80 and £150 depending on paint type and quality of their work..

Ok I was thinking along the right lines at least. Now just gotta get it all sorted out cos hes being a bit of a whinger about it saying 'it needs a new bumper' when its only scratched!! I no its my girlfriends fault and she is paying for it but some people take the piss!
Thanks for the replies
