Whats your opinions on them, ideally i would like clio cup 172 but insurance is a killer so this car will be a stop gap before i get a cup 172.

Anyway just want to know whats your general opinion on them and should i bother wasting my time on a test drive ?

Any good/bad points about the car, i have driven a 1.25 zetec 5 door and thought it was a bit boring, interior was crap, how does the zetec compare to the zetec s.

I know they aint the fastest things in the world, just want a good fun handling car, with good looks and low insurance group (8), and by next summer you will be able to pick these up for £3000-3500, 2000 W-X reg with good spec.

Discuss please...
Cheers

If i was to get one i would have it in silver, followed closely by imperial blue.

You cant beat a ZS with focus st 170 alloys and lowered, just cant find any pics!

here are some that are tempting me so much!

^^ its not the dash on the drivers side that i think is minging, its the passenger side where it goes inwards looks rubbish!

Lovely

Fiesta Zetec_S my dad had one for a little while before the mondeo, Drove it non stop till he got the Mondeo and i got my Corsa...

The fiesta handle fairly well and the power.... well what can you say except.. what power??? 110bhp from a 1.6 16v and this is supposed to have been the cream os fords hot hatches when it was realeased??? the C2 VTS has 125 bhp and you know it has that power cos it repeatedly tells you it's there when you touch the throttle!

The Fiesta Zetec-S was just a fat lazy slob that really didnt belong in the Hot hatch Market... now the ST 150 Fiesta... thats a different kettle of fish!

I've driven one, nothing to write home about.

Couldn't get used to it - it's a FORD!

Nice induction roar with Pipercross cone filter though!

Lovely looking cars and decent handling to boot, not very expensive either!

You dont get air con or leccy stuff like you do on corsa sports oon the older models but i think most of the later ones came with it!

Engine sounds amazing with a piperx filter mate has one with 122bhp (RR figure) and it seems nippy! Far more so than my sport (1.4)

They respond well to lots of subtle mods, and despite what ppl have said the interior build quality is a little plasticy, but its hardly bad! No worse than a corsas! These are all cheapo shopping trolleys remember guys

If you want one for a runaround with those ST170 wheels car looks stunning

They look nice, they handle nice but the interior is shocking and the speed is even more shocking.

they are on par with a 1.6 corsa sport, hardly anything in it! So does that make the corsa shockingly slow too???

They arent a hot hatch, more a mildly warm go kart!

I had a race with a Quicksilver off the lights, due to to much power I was spinning and had to back off due to me slidding across the road even so I beat him.

I made him look silly infront of his 8 year old girlfriend.
