You can zoom is so close, that you can read the reg of some cars. Picture was taken with a gigapixel camera or something. Some parts of the picture are delayed, so thats why you get a tear sometimes (ie: half a bus )
You can actually zoom in on people's faces and see them quite clearly

No, its just a load of lower res pictures stiched together, that's why you get all the half cars/people etc.
Easy to do with the right tripod and software.

was taken with a nikon D1X and was computer controlled. took a while to take all the pictures. had it been taken with a canon then the quality would have been better. PS D1X is a 5 mp camera
