It's a water cooling block. Insted of a fan or fan/heatsink you use water cooling a sit's ment to be 75% more effective.

Asstek is one of the ebst and idea for ya 1st time into it. i had one and loved it.

Now i've a cusotme amde kit on my dual processor xeom system that runs at a wicked temp of 20*c all the time
