Just wondering what all the costs are of importing a car?

My mum has terminal cancer and the car means alot to both of us so i am going to import it.
She lives in USA and i live in UK.

What sort of costs are we looking at?

Excuse how dirty it is. The roads are filthy with road salt and snow.
Amd the wheels are getting put into storage for winter as soon as i find the jack so i can put the standard wheels back on for her.

What do you think?
