cannot state an average depedant on too many factors, i.e. seeds, bandwidth speed amount dl'ing etc

well not many people upload more than50k collectively so yeah thats fine, i get 50k download stream on a good seeded torrent

you dont actually download from suprnova! its just a website with a big database of torrent files...and when you clicky on link, it connects to a torrent server that dishes out everyones ip address etc etc etc

so speed depends on seeders and their available upload speeds etc. Hence, why you look at the seeder and download colums...if the seeders is like 300 and 1400 people are downloading then you can guess that it wont be fast downloading for you
