Which do you think is best? It will cost me not a lot to get the Vinyl proffesionally applied to my B-pillar so I'm considering getting it.

Also - should I remove the finger 'catch' ( ) on the fuel filler cap and just cope with it being a little more fiddly to open?

P.S. It's late so the 2nd pic isn't the best 'shop.

I'm not getting the Irmscher one as it has a carbon effect on it that looks cheap IMO. Getting a local Tint fella to do it using black Vinyl.

Munch, did you actually go to sleep last night?!

W Bros - yeah getting it done by Tint Wizard, gonna go and see if he has the Vinyl tomorrow and then I'll probably get it done next Wed. (maybe if I go early enough, he'll do it tomorrow)

Munch - cause you were posting on here at about 3am then you sent that reply pretty early! Will let you know the price on the Vnyl (hopefully) tomorrow. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO don't go to CS Bodyshop - he's fookin awful, you should see Alex's (Merseyspeed) 206, there is so much wrong with it, he's even got overspray inside the car I know a really good bodyshop that could probably do it for not much more, and really well. I don't know the exact price as I'm getting lots done, but he's got the unit next door to the Tint Wizard so I'll ask for you then. Tinted fog lights would look a lot better I'm getting rid of mine totally though.

Fastevoboy - Thanks again mate Cool, they're the best skirts IMO? How much you paying for them if you don't mind me asking?

Think the vinyl is as good as done now. Cheers for all your comments guys

im paying loads man!, LMF ended up being not as cheap as i had hoped, came to about the same as vaux prices! im paying £300 for the skirts and another £200 to get them sprayed and fitted, about the cheapest i could find them believe it or not, i must be mad i know!!

but its gonna look when its done! nothing seems to be cheap down this way

Your car looks class!, im after the irmscher rear bumper at some point 2, comes with a bit of a price tag i see! u get the full kit when u bought the car? also i see in your garage u got what looks like 1.4 engine you done an engine swap or something, also u gonna get a front grill done?, best thing i did was fit my steiny

cheers

Irmscher stuff doesn't come cheap does it, I got all mine fitted at the dealership before I bought the car. I managed to get a Vauxhall voucher so I got 12.5% off - made sense to get the kit then. Also, because I bought the whole kit with the car I don't actually know the individual prices, probably best really!

Glad you like it mate, can't wait till it's done though so that I can finish all the little bits on it. (ICE for instance) Yours will look cool when you get the skirts on What you lowered it on?

The engine is a 1.8 out of a Corsa C SRI, only done 8000 miles and it came with the whole rear beam including brakes Not sure when I'm gonna fit it yet though cause I might wait and fit cams and a new flywheel first. I need driveshafts too and they aren't too cheap I'll fit the rear beam soon but I need to fit my Vectra V6 brakes (getting a bracket machined) before that otherwise it may become a bit twitchy under braking!

RE the grille, I can't make up my mind which one to go for as I like yours and the postert one. I might get the chrome -----v----- made in carbon to be different. Then it will match my bonnet and mirrors too.

Mine's dropped 40mm too, never bottoms out and I don't have any trouble with speed bumps. Not much point going lower with springs I think - fair enough if you have coilovers or airbags though.

Lookin forward to seeing the pics, you'll be made up when it's done.

Yup, did he do yours too? I'll tell him tomorrow!

That's fair enough if it's guaranteed like. Get it back in at the end of winter so you don't run the risk of it happening again as soon as you get it back.

If I had your grill I would do this to it...

Few quetions - where did you get it from, how much and how easy was it to fit?

Cheers fella

How come only the rear window?!

Got a quote for a bad boy for mine £250 - getting mine made in carbon now instead.

Oh yeah, I thought it was the SXI one cause the lighting obscures the vents a bit. I like your wheels, multi spokes or big chunky 5-spokes are the way to go for the C I reckon.

Any idea how much the top part of the Postert grille is?
