Before anyone says anything this aint a corsa crazy post banging on about a kit for 750quid

but it is an interesting read and seems like many people have done it before...

the fastest single engined nova was a 2ltr 8v turbo no longer 8v sold the engine to some bloke on novaload pushing out something like 400lbft torque but only 270bhp with 75-100 bhp nos iirc

they made a 20GET in the states, which is a 2L 8v turbo. You can get hold of a manaifold for abotu £50 with current exchangerates, and if you finr a scrappys then the TB, inlet manifold, and pistons (forged) would be handy too. Then you just need to bolt a turbo on and use an appropriate headgasket thickness to drop the CR enough. then standalone management to stop it melting itself.

there was one in redline in a nova i think its the one above and he had his done at the 'angry turbo company' or something like that
