mines a 1.2 Montana (1996), recently found some performance stats on the internet and it seems to reckon the motors only 55bhp, then theres another that says 45bhp and another at 65bhp. What won would it be???

1.2 8v probably, 125bhp standard

I've been known to exaggerate in the past by around 80bhp

You don't get a 1.2 12v - only a 1.0 12v If it is 8v then it will be 45bhp

o well nevermine, still goes will keep up wit a 1.4sri or sxi cant remeber wat model it was (M reg) not really modded mine though

your 45bhp 1.2 will keep up with an 82bhp or 90bhp sri?

Montana is either 1.2 45bhp or 1.4 60bhp, which was I think only available in 5 doors...?

SRi of that age is either 82 or 90.

SXi is 65.

What colour out of interest? My first car was a Montana

My old 1.2 8v used to be able to beat 1.4 16v Sports along with other competitors such as the 1.4 8v Clio
