i meant striaght out of the showroom theres no better car.
has basically the same body shape as civic tbh and to buy that car then to tune it ur looking at 20k+
and it still doesnt have the nice civic features like the gearkstick placement

then again i think neone who buys new is a fool as you lose far to much money, plus none of the defaults of the car have been driven out, far better spending less and getting nearly new

ye id buy 2nd hand to b honest, i want my dads milano red ctr with black leather, duno why but i just love the look of it, dealer only offered him 11k for it tho, shockin as its sooo mint. condition wise

my bro jus gota 53 plate CTr with 18k for bout 14K i think in the end.
leon cupra r? no thanks first off its SEAT, only comes in 5door and is ugly.
plus the CTR seats are comfy as fuck and the VTEC sounds awesome

Don't understand why people slate the type-R, probably people who have never driven or been in one. According to Top gear on sunday it was the fastest hot hatch round their track beating the new mk5 golf gti and leon cupra-r.

the problem is is that they arnt THAT BAD a car, its just they are common as muck, mostly owned by chavs, and everyone thinks they are amazing which they are not

I've got a 106 Gti and wouldnt expect to beat a type-r round anything but the tightest and therefore slowest track.

Ill be gettin my very own CTR next year , theres basically no better car out there for a better performance/price ratio, and i still dont understand how a ctr looks like a breadvan??? i personally find that it looks quite nice

civic type-r's are mint cars,1 of the only new cars you can buy now,with looks and performance,and steve you say there common as muck but so are corsa's,saxo's,106's,subaru's,,still doesnt stop them being a decent car,shows they must be good other wise so many people wouldnt be buying them
