ive got to make a questionaire on labour turnover at a supermarket and it has to allow links to motivational theories, anybody got ideas of questions i could put in it? cheers

sorry , its to be given to employees to find out how they feel about the change from safeway to morrisons but i have to include business theory and carnt thnk of any way i can

I worked at safeway for 4 years and was there when the changeover started, plus i take Business studies at uni, thats my dream essay question

Ask how they've been kept informed thoughout the changeover - will indicate the level of change management been used by the company

You can link the type of answers you get to different leadership and motivational styles - look up leadership and change management and some more questions should stem from that

Hope many do you need/want?

One quetsion you could add is has the changeover had any effect at all on your thoughts of the company or are you simply there for the money

I worked in Asda while i was at uni and i certainly weren't there cos the managers motivated me!
