wonder wheels gets everything off mine--- i tend to use meguirs spray once a week and jetwash it00 stops build up of brake dust

Autoglym clean wheels gets everything off. Mine had been sat for about 12months caked in brake dust and road scum and it came off with ease the first time I cleaned them.

Only thing is with it being a spray you end up getting a nasty taste if you aren't careful.
