Not mad you can at least take the stereo out and use it in another car when you change motors

i dont get it......
The most i've ever spent on ICE was a headunit for the silver supra
The skyline has a tape deck
The mkII supra has a tape deck
The GT has a MP3/CD player, cheap sony one
The corsa, well......

Oooookay so mine didnt quite cost as much as you guys... the car probably didnt either!!!
I got a tasty Sony headunit
Kicker L5 sub with a nice big shiny amp to run it
Kicker 6x9's with another shiny amp to run them
And a powercap,
plus all the wiring.
All fitted and running for £500

erm............ i have the original vauxhaul stereo in my car... drivers side door speaker has a specker eating disease though (half of it is missing  )

I bought an Alpine CD and changer for £250 once but thats it......its been in 3 of my cars now and I plan to keep it until A - it brakes or B - CD's get discontinued
Waste of money spending £k's on a boom box and IMO makes you look like a tosser aswell! I do have a fantastic set up at home however

I dont drive the car every day, and she is on a driveway, down a cul-de-sac at night. Plus its got a decent alarm and immobiliser....
so hopoefully no little chav will be getting near it!!

phoenix gold amp i got with POA
kenwood competiton sub as well
Alpine 6x9s i bought, and the pioneer amp to run the sub was free of a mate that wrote his car off!!

ebay mate!!
mine was £500 this time last year, a mate bought it and never put in his car i offered him £200 cash and he took it, its a sony jobby with a colour screen that plays dvds and videos!
